| Bernau West Turm (tower) - Bwt around 1968. Me as apprentice and the employee who worked and taught me. Beside the remarkable haircut everything has changed. The signal lever were replaced when tranforming the 4 semaphores into light signals. Hence, Bernau lost all its freight after 1994 step by step and evebtually the yard was unused. Half of the levers for switches in the foreground disappeard. Finally 8/2006 half of the line came to CTC which we call Estw (electronically stellwerk / interlocking) |
